Going up the Shard

Busy on the train - a lot of paper reading
Fabulous view looking up the train tracks up towards Waterloo. You can just see Big Ben on the very left
The light was starting to fade when I did this
Wonderful view out East with Greenwich park and Shooters Hill on the right.
Spent a day in London going up the Shard - luckily it was a clear day and there were far reaching views in all directions.

The city looks amazing from high up - a jigsaw of modern glass and concrete buildings with old ones tucked in between.
